Managed Services Infrastructure
Zenith provides Infrastructure components to YOU -- our partner, to allow you to build your Managed Services in the most cost effective and efficient manner. By infrastructure we mean – tools, processes and people.

Our trademarked SAAZ platform provides a comprehensive hosted environment with tools for desktop management, server & network monitoring, an Advanced Scripting engine, a reporting engine and a ticketing system. Our data center is located in Fremont, California in one of the world’s top-ten rated collocation facilities. There is no need for you to add servers and redundant infrastructure at your support center in order to use our services.

Our 600-man Network Operations Center (NOC) in Mumbai, India compliments your efforts in providing proactive IT infrastructure management services in the marketplace. With over 3 years of NOC support experience and 30,000+ sites under management, our team provides unparalleled level of 24x7 support- giving over 3500 partners an edge over their competition. With matured processes in place, Zenith NOC is well poised to scale and provide on-demand back end support when you need it most.

Business Continuity Solution
Zenith Infotech’s BDR Solution is a comprehensive disk-based solution designed specifically for the SMB Marketplace. The Zenith BDR provides a white-labeled solution that allows our partners to maximize their profitability while building their own branding. With near real-time backups-as often as every 15 minutes, your capturing data as it changes. What sets this solution apart is that it includes a failover server which allows you to recover from server crashes or data loss in minutes, not hours or days. Full block level backups are done in minutes. Granular file, file folder, email, or email attachments can be restored in minutes as well.

Virtual Help Desk
Zenith provides a live help desk service from its Service Desk in Pittsburgh, PA. The Service Desk is staffed with experienced Level 1 and Level 2 technicians who have 2+ years of work experiencing supporting end-users on server, desktop and network level issues. This service is delivered using a combination of phone and remote control tools that are a part of the SAAZ software. A flat fee per desktop per month is charged for this Service Desk service.

Akash Saraf, Managing Director and CEO
At the age of 15, Akash Saraf started working with his father at Zenith Computers Ltd. in India. He started Zenith Infotech, the software company, in 1996 and made inroads in the Indian banking and financial industry by developing solutions for total branch automation. In 2000 – 2001, Akash foresaw the need for IT infrastructure management solutions for small and midsize businesses. After capturing significant market share in the Indian corporate segment (in competition with such industry giants as HP, IBM and CA), he approached the managed services industry in the U.S. with Zenith Infotech’s product and services solutions. Akash led the company to a leadership position in the U.S., and in 2005, saw Zenith Infotech post 1,600 percent growth. Recently, in cooperation with Intel, Akash realized a “dream-come-true” by bundling Zenith Infotech’s SAAZ software with every motherboard on vPro technology shipped by Intel. Akash is a chartered accountant by professional training.

Maurice Saluan, Vice President, Channel Management
Maurice Saluan, a seasoned sales veteran in the managed service arena, is responsible for directing Zenith’s Account Management Team as well as developing and streamlining processes that help Zenith’s partners grow and scale their businesses. Maurice has over 20 years experience in operations, and sales and marketing of services related to business technology. His leadership positions include tenure with a Fortune 100 Company, system integrators, ERP software VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and VARs specializing in government contracting. Just prior to joining Zenith Infotech, Maurice was director of business development for a mature managed service provider with multiple locations in the U.S. Midwest. Maurice is trained as an ISO 9000 lead assessor and is certified in ERP software and project management.

Clinton Gatewood, Vice President of Corporate Development for North America and Europe
Clinton Gatewood has worked with hundreds of service providers. His focus has been in helping these IT professionals understand the managed services business mode, how best to organize their companies’ from an operational and sales perspective, and ultimately the best way to achieve success in the small business market. Clinton received his BA in Political Science from Slippery Rock University and is working toward completion of his master’s degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. Clinton has more than 12 years experience in sales and relationship management, covering a wide range of industries and he served for several years in the U.S. Army.

Rajeev Laghate, Vice President of Operations
Since joining the company in 2001, Rajeev Laghate has played a leading role in making the Zenith Infotech name familiar to IT solution providers around the world. Among his major accomplishments is directing efforts that resulted in Zenith’s base of partners expanding from about 30 in 2005 to more than 2,000 in 2008. Rajeev’s primary responsibilities include creating an overall operations strategy for the company; setting goals and targets for the sales and account management teams; and developing, process mapping and implementation for technical support, finalizing and implementing marketing initiatives to build the Zenith Infotech brand. A 1990 graduate of Mumbai University (India) with a degree in Electronics Engineering, Rajeev has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry specializing in telecommunications.
